Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
Once your order is placed, please allow us time to process it. Orders are initiated only after payment has successfully cleared into our account. Please note, orders placed on weekends may experience delays due to non-operational hours.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched. Below are the estimated timelines:
Air Freight (For smaller items like home décor)
- Payment Clearance: 2–3 business days
- Order Processing: 2 business days
- Tracking Added: Same day as shipment
- Shipping Time: 7–10 business days
- Estimated Total Time: 10–14 business days
Sea Freight (For larger items such as sofas or tables)
- Payment Clearance: 2–3 business days
- Order Processing: 5–7 business days (custom packaging)
- Tracking Added: Upon arrival at the designated port
- Shipping Time: 20–30 business days
- Estimated Total Time: 8–10 weeks

Note: Items over 20kg or larger than 1m x 1m (e.g., coffee tables, sofas, occasional chairs) will be shipped via sea freight, with tracking available only once the shipment reaches the destination port, as per industry standards.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to become active.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, feel free to contact us.
Sea Freight Deliveries
For sea freight items, the delivery carrier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. We value flexibility and will work to accommodate your schedule.
Storage Fees & Timely Delivery
Prompt communication is crucial once the carrier reaches out. If a delivery date isn’t confirmed within 9–14 business days of first contact, storage fees may apply.
These charges are:
- Levied by third-party courier warehouse facilities
- Based on the weight and volume of your order
- Payable by the customer
Important: These fees can be costly. To avoid them, we strongly recommend responding promptly to delivery arrangements. We are not responsible for any storage or re-delivery fees.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only for faulty goods, in accordance with consumer law. In such cases, we will:
- Replace the item
- Cover any applicable return or replacement costs (at our discretion)
We do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Unpacking & Waste Disposal
Please note:
- Our delivery service does not include unpacking of furniture
- We do not remove packaging materials, pallets, or waste
Customers are responsible for unpacking items and disposing of any packaging materials after delivery.
